Happy Halloween
Mason was a giraffe for his first Halloween! He wasn't too thrilled about the costume, I think it was just too hot for him. We had a fun day at Southwest Airlines and then he was in bed before the trick or treaters started coming. We're excited about taking him trick or treating next year!

Mason's new discovery
Mirrors! He loves to look at himself and he just smiles.
His playmat has a mirror in the middle and I'll lay him on it and he'll just stare up at the mirror.
He doesn't really like the toys that are attached, they just get in his way.

2 month check up
Mason had his 2 month check up on 10/21.
He weighed 11 lbs 14 oz (34 percentile)
He was 23 inches long (42 percentile)
His head was 40.4 cm (81 percentile!)
He got 3 shots and one oral vaccine, that part was brutal! He cried for a little while and then fell asleep in his car seat and slept the whole ride home...poor guy!

Stella and Mason
Mason was 9 weeks in this picture and Stella was 15 weeks. They were both staring at Melissa while she was taking pictures of them. At one point they were holding hands! It's fun to see them growing up together. It's also crazy that Stella is 6 weeks older and Mason is bigger than her!
2 Months!
Mason turned 2 months old on 8/17!
Mason is doing great with naps. He's sleeping in his crib now and when he's ready for a nap he gets swaddled and I put him in his crib and he's asleep in minutes!
His nightly routine is a bath at 7:30 and then he eats and goes to bed.
He wakes up around 2:30 and just wants his pacifier and goes back to sleep.
He wakes up to eat around 4am and goes back to sleep until around 8am.
He's doing great and we're so excited to be getting more sleep :)
He's already wearing 3 month clothes, he's growing fast!

He loves going for walks and being outside, especially in the Baby Bjorn.

Two Week Appt
Mason had his 2 week appt and he was 8 pounds 3 ounces and 20 1/2 inches long! He's a growing boy!
He got his first shot and he did really well, he only cried a little and slept the whole way home.
